This is just my opinion, but at 30 days out, I wouldn't be trying any new dieting or exercise routines. I would stick to your norm as much as possible while staying healthy! Eat right, drink lots of water, and stick to your usual amount of exercise Smiley smile

Congratulations on being so close to the big day!

I really like Fit Girls Guide 28 day jumpstart which is a $20 e-book and then you can post on Instagram and follow other fit girls for accountability if you want. The exercises are easy and you can do them at home if you don’t have a gym. Yesterday I bought Ring Fit Adventure for Nintendo Switch and it’s an awesome work out and really fun.

Lol then that's totally different Smiley xd I was wondering when I saw the date on your profile, but I know some brides on here use a fake date to stay more private. In that case, I would recommend just making little changes. I've been fighting the weight loss battle my whole life, and I always give up because I go too hard and get discouraged. I started drinking only water my senior year of high school and lost 15 pounds just doing that. Cutting out added sugar (it's in EVERYTHING, read labels!) also does wonders. Other than that, just make small fitness goals here and there. I'm finally aiming to live a healthy lifestyle rather than trying to reach a size "x" or "x" pounds, that's the important thing in my opinion Smiley smile

In an effort to start our new life together as healthier people my husband and I started to track our food/count calories (not starving ourselves just being more conscious of what we were eating using an app), eat more veggies, not eat out as often, and go to the gym regularly. It was really helpful to have a partner in this journey. I personally cut out coffee the first month and only drank tea or water. It helped to cut out the extra fat and sugar (I usually have creamer in my coffee). In all I lost over 25 lbs.

Cut out sugar and carbs as much as you can and drink lots of water. Eat lean meats and vegetables and get regular exercise. Don’t try to lose it too fast or it won’t stay off. Slow and steady. Good luck

I continued going to the gym three days a week, but I also added more walks in the weeks leading up to the wedding...partly for the exercise and partly to relax and de-stress

I am a Jazzercise instructor so I'm biased, but I recommend finding a Jazzercise location near you! There is also an app called Jazzercise on demand if you prefer to workout at home. I'm also working to lose weight before dress shopping and the wedding day, so I've increased the number of weekly workouts that I do. Health experts suggest 60 minutes of elevated heart rate (such as jogging, boot camp, swimming, or group fitness) three times a week will help maintain current weight. Increased exercise, such as four or more 1-hour group fitness classes a week will help you lose weight. Every body is different, and consider speaking to a doctor before starting anything extreme. I've increased my group fitness so that I'll hopefully lose weight, and I'm trying to eat healthier options like salads and having fruit for dessert. At 30 weeks out you can make a lifestyle change to carry you into married life. Good luck!

Nutrisystem was very successful for me last year and I intend on doing it again. I lost weight easier and I added the shakes with it and it managed belly bloat without a lot of extra work

Look up something called the zero belly diet. I've used it before and have had success.

I can’t remember if I commented on this yet or not. For the biggest change in body composition, weight lifting or any kind of resistance type muscle working stuff. I’m not saying cardio, literal dumbbells or moves that specifically target muscles. I am down at least 13 pounds (I stopped counting) and the biggest thing I did was weight machines, dumbbells, push-ups, drink water, up my protein in-take. I recommend looking up @madeline_moves on Instagram !
