You don’t *have* to, but I would find it somewhat rude if I wasn’t tipped as a vendor unless it was added into the agreed upon sum

You don't have to, just like you don't have to tip a server at a restaurant, but you should.

That was helpful. My venue adds 20% gratuity at the begging so I am assuming I dont need to tip that one I hope
