Is gratuity already included in the service fee? Definitely worth checking out!
According to this WeddingWire article (Exactly How Much To Tip Wedding Vendors: A Complete List) a wedding planner (which a DOC would fall under) don't usually receive tips, but if you feel yours went above and beyond, you may tip 10 to 20 percent.
Is the person you’re inquiring about a day-of-coordinator or the venue coordinator?
