Tipping Caterers Who Drop Off But Don't Serve

Hello!
We are having a BBQ place caterer our small wedding reception. They will be coming to set up the food buffet style, but then leaving. They will not be serving the food. Should I be tipping the people who deliver it?

I would. They're providing a service and should be tipped.

I probably would. But I would be asking if there’s a delivery fee & if the driver gets the whole portion or a % & then tip depending on that. Example, so pizza places in my area charges $4 for delivery, but the driver only gets $2 cut, if I ordered $40 worth of food I would give the driver another $3-$5 based on the distance, weather conditions, etc.

Daughter's cake was delivered and there was a fee for the delivery, and we tipped the person actually making the delivery $25.
