I am so very overwhelmed with the wedding that is in 16 days! Trying to finalize details and came up with rough draft of timeline. I realize not everything goes according to schedule. But does this seem reasonable? Thank you so much you guys!

Do you have a very big family? 3 hours and 15 mins straight just seems like A LOT of time to be posing and smiling! Other than that, looks good to me

The thing I noticed is the time you have allotted for "toasts, dinner, cake." You only have 35 minutes which is not enough time. I would allot at least an hour, especially if you are doing a buffet because it takes a while for everyone to get their food. We had a plated dinner and allotted 1.5 hours just for dinner with the toast at the end of dinner and then the cake cutting immediately after dinner. Also, while people are eating is usually when you do your table visits so having more time for dinner will allow you to eat first and then do your table visits while people are finishing their dinner.

Thank you guys! 3 hours and 15 min? I’ll have to look at that wasn’t supposed to be pics straight through.
thank you for noticing the dinner time! It’s buffet with a little walk to the food so that’s of course not enough time. I’ll adjust thank you!
