Hi Ladies!
My wedding is on 10/4 and according to my ovulation calendar, I will have my period on my wedding day (it will be like the 2nd or 3rd day). I’m going to accept this for now and not become upset because what the heck can I do anyway right? I am reaching out to this lovely community to inquire about period panties, and their effectiveness. Has anyone used them? Do they really not leak? I’m thinking of purchasing a pair for my wedding day to avoid wearing a pad or tampon. Does anyone have another option? Did you also have that time of the month during your wedding, and if so, how did you deal with it?

I would speak with your Dr and see if there is something they can give you. There are some BC that help reduce pain / flow

There are lots of good suggestions here... I have heard very good things about the Diva cup, but haven't personally tried one myself. You can also get one of those Bridal Buddy underskirts (that allows you to cinch up your dress when you have to use the restroom. This will give you another layer and make it easier when you do have to go to the restroom. I will say though, stress does crazy things to your body and the week of or before your wedding can cause you stress so you may be late on your period anyway! Good luck with whatever you choose and definitely a good idea to test this out before the wedding.
