Time of day for Engagement photos

We wanted a romantic sunset. It rained most of our day but we got some pretty cool pictures when I stopped.

We had ours done last July in the evening. Your photographer should recommend the best time.

It helped that the water was warm haha he was a good sport and had fun with it too so it makes me even more excited for our wedding photos. I think the time of the shoot is only significant if you are going for a particular look, like sunset, sunrise, etc.

We are doing an outdoor shoot, but in a very public area. So our photographer suggested starting at an off time, where the public presence is likely to be less. So, we're starting at 7am on a Sunday!!

Yeah, I'm not a morning person either, so we'll see if they (FH and photographer) can wipe the grimace off my face that's sure to be there!! lol
