I was originally going to wear one but after a while I started to hate them. I'll either wear a headband or just my veil. Probably just my veil.

I'm not a tiara fan - they're fine for bachlorette parties or Halloween. I did get a beautiful and sparkly headband to wear after I take off my veil.

I wore one when I got married in 2004. A friend of mine at work gave me hers from her wedding many years prior, and I decided to wear it. My wedding was small with just me, Hubby, my dad, the MOH and BM. Had nothing to do with me thinking I was a princess. I just decided to wear one Smiley smile Now for my vow renewal, I'm not wearing a tiara, veil or bird cage veil. Probably just a flower or blingy pin on the side.

Edited to add pic. And say Heyyy Anne-Julie - We're date twins Smiley smile

I think they are tacky unless its a family heirloom.

I'm not a fan for myself. But if you like it, more power to you!

I don't like them if you are going out to buy them, but I have no problem if it is a family hierloom, like a "something old". I do not like the whole, "I'm a princess on my wedding day" like, yeah, sure whatever.

I'm not a fan. I wore one to my senior prom and still regret it to this day.

HOWEVER, I would have to see it. I've seen awful ones, and I've seen decent ones. Without seeing it, I can't give you a good answer.

First, sorry if my English is not that good, it's my second language (I'm french from Montréal Smiley winking) Wow lots of you don't approuve the tiaras on wedding Smiley winking I think the tiara is beautiful and makes me feel special and pretty but I'm so mixed-up after reading all your comments. So a pic might help. It does'nt looks cheap, it's a vintage one with a mix of gold and silver with litle stones. Sorry the pic is really not a good one Smiley sad Hi Nay ! Yeah date twins and starting to be stress with all the little details Smiley winking

Nope, not a fan. I think they immediately make a wedding dress look dated. They were popular in the 80s and 90s. Other options such as headband or combs look more modern and better I think.

And I agree that they look a bit silly for adult women. Just because you're getting married doesn't make you a princess!

I had my bridesmaids from my first marriage wear one lol that was back in 2000. Back then it seemed like a good idea. Not now.

Hate tiaras! Reminds of Sweet 16 party instead of a wedding. No thank you.

I don't care for either tiaras or veils. I will be wearing a vintage rhinestone comb and flowers in my hair.
