Throwing dried rose petals?

I think it would be ok, it's better than rice lol.

I think they would be fine! I was just looking up dried rose petals today for our aisle. I didn't want anything to stain like real petals.

Just make sure to check that your venue is ok with this. Mine only allows white fresh petals. Anything colored has to be synthetic.

We used freeze-dried rose petals on the tables at our reception precisely because they wouldn't stain, and wouldn't be slippery if some fell on the floor. I suspect the freeze-dried ones are a bit more vibrant than regular dried ones. But if the dried ones are of sentimental significance to you, that may be more important than the color.
