Thoughts on our dinner choices?

We’re doing a buffet for our wedding. These are all the options we’ve chosen. We just haven’t fully sorted out our desserts yet. Thoughts on our choices? How would you feel as a guest?

Oh that sounds pretty delicious to me! I assume there are separate vegetarian/vegan options for any guests you may have fit that category?

My one thing would be, you have to be a little careful with pork because some people can't eat it for a number of reasons, but that is a 'know your crowd' thing, which I assume you've already considered.

I totally would love to eat this meal, it sounds so good!

Thank you! We have a very small guest list and we don’t have any vegan/ vegetarians coming. But I’ll think about what you said about the pork!

Your menu sounds delicious! Super hearty and comfort-food-y. It’s definitely heavy, and possibly the one change I would make would be swapping the broccoli cheddar casserole for steamed or roasted veggies without cheese.

I agree with Kylie, all the sides for the main course are super heavy, for me, I eat fairly healthy and don't eat pork, so if I were a guest at your wedding, I'd likely only eat salad and maybe a small portion of one of the sides for dinner. But you know your guests better, so if you think that none of your guests will care, then it looks good! Most of my family would love this menu.

Apart from the ham, which I'm just personally not a fan of, I think it sounds great! People have already addressed the vegetarian issue, but if you've already confirmed that you don't have any coming, I think you're okay. Your appetizers sound absolutely delicious!

Hi, that looks great. I came to post the vegetarian issue, but if you're sure there are no special needs there then you're good to go.
