I did order a few things from them. I don't remember it taking too long to arrive, but I was happy with what I ordered. I'm sure you'll receive it within a few days

I have ordered twice from them. The first order took well over a month & a half & the 2nd order was just placed last weekend. They are notoriously slow.

When I ordered for the black Friday sale, I think it took about 4 weeks. I ordered again and it took maybe 2? I just ordered something on Saturday and I think it's being processed now. So it's very inconsistent but they are personalized items so I imagine that's why.

Just keep an eye on your bank account, because they charge, take the charge away, and then charge again when they process or ship it.

There have been quite a few threads on here about delayed shipments from TheKnot. It's been enough to discourage me from ordering anything from them.

I've seen that some people get things sped up when they email customer service. Maybe try that?

They're delivery takes WAY longer than they say. If you call the customer service number, they're really helpful. The electronic communication is lacking but the call helped me a lot. They also don't tell you if it's backordered. When I called, I found out that was what caused the delay.

They don't ship to canada unfortunately

I've ordered a few things for my bridesmaids already and personalized napkins. It came in about 2 weeks and everything was great quality for the price.

Yes, it takes a while for their delivery, We ordered from them last year and it took about 4 weeks for them to ship my order out.

I ordered some stuff on December 19th and received it January 23rd - so 6 weeks. I will never order from there again. I even contacted customer service and they said it would be shipped at the end of the week. It was 2 weeks before it was shipped.

Not only are they slow, but if they mess up your order, they will not work with you. I paid 36.00 for a one time set up for personalization of 120 shot glasses. The order was supposed to be 144. When I called in, she told me that their system does not glitch, that I would NOT get bulk discounting and that I would have to pay the 36.00 fee again. She did offer me a 20% discount, which would have given me a whopping 4.00 off on an order that would cost me well over 50.00 extra dollars (difference between per item and bulk plus the 36.00 fee) I will never do business with this company again.
