You mean like a cheese fountain?? That could get pretty gross with food falling into it and double-dipping and cheese dripping...idunno. lol

Yea I don't know what a nacho fountain is but if it is a cheese fountain that sounds really gross. Just think of the quality of cheese it would have to be to be able to run through it...

No one loves cheese more than me!!!!!

I love all kinds of cheese. Brie and Manchego and gas-station-pump-dispenser nacho cheese. I do not discriminate when it comes to cheese.

Now I want nachos. Dang you! lol.

Well if it's a fondue fountain, I would go with chunks of bread, apples, sausage, veggies.

IDK how the nacho fountain works b/c usually you have chips, jalapenos, meat or other veggies. Seems like a nacho bar would be better than a nacho fountain. It's not like you can fill up a chip with one jalapeno and a chunk of chicken and get it in and out of the fountain without making a big nasty mess.

I am a caterer too. We keep a server posted at both our fountains ans we dont have messes. A small scoop in the base of the fountain allows guests to scoop a serving onto their plate after they coat an item or too in the fountain. Most guests are not into creating a mess.
