Tension Rods & Wisteria flowers at the reception

For the reception we aren’t allowed to hang things on the walls. Its the usual No tape, tacks, staples etc. but I wanted to add a little color/decoration so I decided maybe add flowers to the windows. The windows have 2 separate curtains on them. One is like a half circle, the other is one the bottom and goes straight across. I bought tension rods on Amazon and the plan is to place a tension rod in the window thats right above the 2nd curtain rod so the flowers can drape over the curtain. Its not going to rip off the paint, its not tape, staples, or a tack or nail.


Now if this is a No Go with my venue I will use the flowers elsewhere in my reception (probably my backdrop at the sweat heart table). But if it works out I will have pretty wisteria flowers draping from the windows.
I bought 2 different wisteria flowers from ebay. Ones that are skinny with leaves, the other are a small thick piece of a flower garland. Im gluing them together.
