After a week of moving into our new forever home, I came home from work (on our anniversary), and he had roses on the ground, a glass of my favorite wine, and a big bouquet of flowers. I thought he planned a date night for our anniversary and then he told me to look at our dogs new dog tags. The dog tags said “Will you marry my daddy?” I thought he was joking but then I saw him down on his knee with a box in his hand. I still cry when I rewatch it.
