You're good at this!! We were on a family vacation with his sisters in Orlando. We did Disney World and Harry Potter World. We are HP fanatics and I had never been. So we were standing in front of Hogwarts, his BIL was taking our pictures and then FH got down on his knee with a proposal book (Half Blood Prince, the cut out was on the Unbreakable Vow). I was dehydrated from being outside all day so I was crying, but you can't tell because I had no tears lol. BIL caught it all on video. It's hilarious because as he's putting the ring on my finger this woman had stopped by us and watching, and you can hear her say "Aw he's shaking! It's okay baby!"

This is the “proposal book” I think there’s another name for it, but basically he got this instead of using the box the ring came in. We are using it in the wedding too.

Basically, all of those creatures represent the fact that my fiance arranged all of our kaiju figures around the living room where the Christmas tree was (butterfly is mothra, turtle is Gamera, squid is hedorah, dragon is king ghidorah/Manda etc.) and dressed them up while he was waiting for me to get home from my last day of work before Christmas on Christmas Eve. I actually didn't noticed all of the figures around the room until afterwards, but I thought it was cute. He wanted all of our buddies to witness this special proposal.

It is kind of funny that he pulled this off at such a moment's notice since he literally decided he was going to propose to me the day before on his way home from work. We talked about marriage before, but it still really caught me off guard

You are good, Lisa! After the boat broke down, he decided to put the ring on our cat's collar and got down on one knee. Then, we celebrated together in private and later with our parents with a bottle of champagne.

Well we had 2 proposals. I asked him when he woke up on a warm October morning. He kissed me and said yes.

The other proposal we were dancing in the middle of Freemont Street to Bruno Mars Uptown Funk. In the song where he says “Stop Wait a Minute” he dropped down on one knee and held up a ring. Everyone was cheering and screaming- of course I said yes!
