Teeth whitening

I just did crest white strips, the two week version. But my teeth aren't sensitive so it worked for me. My fiance has more sensitive teeth, so he brushed with charcoal 2 times a week and used arm & hammer whitening toothpaste then a whitening mouth wash.

I was pretty happy with these crest whitening strips from costco, though they seemed almost too cheap to work. They did a decent job and the instructions were easy to follow, etc... After the original two-week cycle I happened to be at my dentist's office for a checkup and I saw that they also did teeth whitening there. I was shocked at the price but thought, what the heck, and went for it anyway. They made a custom tray to apply the bleach, which was kind of cool. I have to say the dentist's chemicals worked better though I'm still not sure it was worth the price. If you want the full deal go with your dentist, especially if you're the bride.
