Will you be doing anything for teeth whitening before the wedding? If so what are you doing?

My dentist told me to do the crest white strips. I got the double pack at Costco and did the 14 day cycle now and will do the other one right before the wedding in 6 months. I guess it depends on your teeth, mine aren't really stained or yellow so not sure it's worth professional whitening but they could always use a bit of brightening.

Mine aren’t super stained either. I’m thinking of doing something simple that can be bought in stores.

I had bought some white strips and started to use that but my dentist (who plays a sport with FH and is invited to our wedding) gifted me with in office teeth whitening so I had that last week and got the trays to touch it to before the wedding 😭 I was there last month for a check-up and I was shocked when I checked out and the receptionist asked when I wanted to schedule the appointment. I wouldn't have been able to afford it otherwise of course. I would go with the white strips if you were wanting to do something though.. They definitely improved the strips since the last time I used them years ago.

I got the 2 pack for $39.99 at Costco, there is an express whitening pack in there also.

I like the crest white strips. I use them every other day for 2 weeks before an event because they do hurt a little.

How close to your wedding can you use the crest strips? I’m considering it

I used the crest white strips. I really like them because it only takes a few days of using them before you see the results and it lasts several months. I used them before my e-pics and my wedding.

I don’t know what it is but my teeth can not handle the white strips!! I use charcoal toothpaste and it does help a good bit Smiley smile I’m also considering trying out the tarte cosmetics tooth whitening that they sell at sephora

I would start using them at least 2 weeks before your wedding, longer if you have more time. I think I started about a month before.

Some people have sensitive teeth and these can sometimes exacerbate it especially if you use them a lot. I didn't have this issue.

Your teeth look great! I’m mostly concerned about my pointy ones. They are the discolored ones.

Ahh ok, I still have time then! I’ll give it a shot, my teeth aren’t like candycorn or anything but they could be whiter.

Thank you! As long as your teeth are somewhat straight the strips should work fine because you can maneuver the strip to make sure you get all the teeth that are seen when you smile.

They can cause soreness the longer you use them. I think they make a sensitive version but I haven’t had a chance to try that one yet.

I did the zoom whitening. I bought a Groupon. I am very happy with the results.

I think I might try the sensitive crest white strips - I've used the normal ones before, and although I normally have no problems with tooth sensitivity, they made any kind cold air hurt
