Anyway, I have a strapless gown and would like to wear my hair up if not in a half up-half down style. I was wondering if anyone else was thinking of covering up their tattoos for the wedding and such? If you are what are you using to do it? I'm still undecided because as much as I adore my tattoo, I like the idea of covering it up so that I can have the clean looking back.

It is beautifully done and has meaning. If it makes you happy, let it shine. Most pictures probably won't show it anyway.

(I have a June bug on my wrist in honor of my favorite uncle who passed suddenly. I did not cover it.)

Even if I wanted to cover up my tattoos, I wound't want to. They're a big part of me...they're part of my makeup.Do what feels right, just don't cover them up for others.

I didn't even think anything of it. I don't think I would cover up my tattoos. Of course, I don't feel one way or another about covering them so if it's something you would like to do, then go for it. It's ultimately your decision.

I will be displaying my tattoo proudly! I have 4 tattoos that would be visible. 3 of the 4 are memorial tattoo for both my sis and nephew that were killed in rear end car accident on dec 10, 2018. My dress is strapless and have 1 back tattoo and 3 arm tattoos. Pics to show the 3 memorial tattoo.

I have a half sleeve and then a memorial tattoo on my forearm of that same arm with the sleeve for mys sister who just passed away. I am flaunting my tattoos. They are me! My mother always told me when I was young think about my wedding and if I wanted to see my tattoos in my wedding dress. I love my tattoos. My half sleeve is a clock with the time my grandfather passed away and a lot of flowers and shading that just looks pretty. On the bicep there is a big tree of life with Celtic knots (which weirdly enough has become my families sign since my sister passed away). I have had my tattoos for years. i added a little girl with a balloon flying away and teh string of the balloon says stand by me. this was a memorial tattoo for my sister who committed suicide back in January. Stand by me was our favorite movie and our two best friends all got it matching. I plan on actually incorporating that in my wedding photos as a memorial to her.

I have a lot of tattoos but most of them on on my legs and my right arm.shoulder. my dress has lace sleeves that will cover them but they will peek through the lace. I don't think showing them is tacky; I just didn't want them to be the center of attention. I wanted my dress, hair, and everything else to be on my wedding day. Smiley smile

here you can see the tattoos I will have peaking throughTattoo's 8
