Tattoo cover up for big day?

I had a tattoo on my back that I hated that would show up in my dress. During my hair and make up trial I actually tried covering it up - by a make up artist who had a certification in tattoo covering. The tattoo didn't cover up completely and the make up started to rub off on my jacket, which made me think of people hugging me and how quickly it would rub off that day. I didn't want to deal with touch ups the whole day.

I ended up getting a tattoo on top of it that I loved for the wedding. It was perfect. And my H absolutely hates tattoos but I was so happy.

If that isn't an option, maybe your photographer can photoshop the tattoos out in the photos? Or at least some that are your favorites and want printed.

This was my original and cover up, on mobile so only one photo at a time.

I have nine (one visible on each arm...the rest are visible on my back) and plan on getting more around my upper back, chest, and shoulder blades. I'm not covering up any of them. I also have a nose stud. I'm very comfortable with them and proud to have most of them (lol there's one that MUST be fixed).

I'd say, please choose whatever makes YOU comfortable. I don't think anyone on this forum would wish you to feel out of place on your special day. Just breathe and be easy! Do you, Katie!
