Target Registry- Receiving broken items!

In the recent weeks as gifts from our Target registry has been flowing in from our generous friends, instead of being overjoyed at all my new things, I've been opening boxes filled with broken pieces of glass! I would say 90% of my gifts that are fragile have come with at least one or two pieces broken. In fact, I wasn't going to even open the gifts until after the wedding, but when I heard shattered pieces moving around when I brought in the boxes, I had to take a look. Target does send replacements for any damaged pieces, but it's just an unnecessary inconvenience. I've deleted all fragile items from my registry with them already. Have any of you been experiencing the same problem?
