I tried on a dress that was taffeta and I absolutely LOVED it....except of coursebthe material lol.....it looked kind of like t shirt material in the mirror....I think it would be perfect for an outdoor wedding tho

Lol Krista, you know it's true! My little sister is a fabric snob and wrinkled her nose to all the satin gowns I tried on.

I'm not a fan of taffeta. But my dress is satin and a lot of people don't like satin at all. Meh, I look great in it.

I have a taffeta dress but its silk taffeta. Not sure if thats really any different, but its light weight and easy to move in and much mor breathable than most of the other dresses I tried on. Lets hope I'm not one of the horror stories

My dress isn't taffeta, but my bridemaids dresses are. I happen to really like taffeta myself. But thats just me.
