Taco bar, how many servings per person?

I would say at least 3 - I know my FH can eat 4 or 5.

I work the catering for a large company and when we order taco bars I always order two tacos per person and there is always left overs. We also include rice and chips/salsa too though so keep that in mind.

At least three. Depending on the time of day and what else you're serving.

Are you serving tacos only or will you have sides like rice/beans/guac?

There will be all the dressings to go with - much like the picture here I'm even going to make 30 little seven layer dip appetizer thingys.

@Valarie, I might have to check out buying them in bulk instead like you.
