Your caterer may have them, or they may work closely with a rental company. Some venues provide dinnerware as well.

Either you or your caterer or your doc puts them on the tables prior to the reception starting. I think they only work with family style dining.

Most party rental places have everything you need to do this look.

You rent them. This is just a silver charger, white plate, grey plate, menu and flower

Usually they're provided by your venue or caterer.

Ask your venue if they have any rental items you can look at, like the silver beaded charger plate in your photo. If they don't you could look into renting them from an events/rental company - while not cheap, it's almost certainly less expensive and less hassle than buying, storing, cleaning and transporting your own chargers. The flowers you could DIY or get from your florist, the menus you could print yourself or order online, etc. Our venue, for example, provides standard white dishes, clear glassware and silver cutlery, but we would have to rent or buy anything else (colored linens, accents, greenery, specialty dishes) through an outside agent.

Mine come through my caterer, but they rent them through an event rentals company.
If we had gone another route, a bbq caterer we were talking to, he supplied only disposables, so we would’ve rented the China on our own, but then we would’ve been responsible for it set up and clean up wise

My venue is providing us with all the plates and chargers. I know you can rent them from party rentals/wedding rentals.

I purchased used chargers super cheap that I spray painted, then the caterer provided the actual plates up at the buffet. I dressed the charger up with napkins I purchased and folded, a print out of our menu, a little pinecone, a wine glass, a mason jar for drinking, and then our cookie favors Smiley smile

You can purchase inexpensive chargers (though the one in the picture would not necessarily fall in this category), or see if your venue offers them, or use a rental company. Though I found some to purchase for less than the rental company quoted me so I am going that route.

We rented china from an event rental company and had our florists add a sprig of red berries at each place setting. Our venue provided china as well, but we wanted a certain look so we rented it.
