table numbers so expensive!!

Susana A, on February 9, 2017 at 11:03 AM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 49

I'm having a really small wedding (50guests) all I need is 10 tables.

I'm looking for table numbers , but for something so simple I didn't expect it to be expensive.

Do you guys know maybe a website that have it cheaper?

I was thinking something like this.

Following...my wedding is small to...roughly 65 guests and don't want to spend a ton on wedding table numbers. My colors are black and gold so that gold number would look great. i know that oriental trading has some that are really inexpensive but based on the reviews, they are very cheap looking and i don't want that.

We made our own on card stock. Maybe you want fancier, though ...

Dollar store frames and card stock. Bingo.

Another example of something no one notices that the media has convinced you that you need to have....

Man I wish I could find ornate looking frames that cute at the dollar store in my town. All they have is the plain black or silver. Heading to Michaels with my 30% off coupon this weekend, and will be making my table numbers on my cricut.

I spent $60 on 1-14 on Etsy...They came from out of the country though so it took forever.

Maybe see if you can buy the wooden letters from Michael's and paint them?

We decided to use these - David Tutera from Amazon - and got silver heavy balls with an opening to hold them up. I used a 40% off coupon from Michael's - and I have enough for 24 tables - way more than I actually need.

I had visions of other table numbers - but I realized it mattered less to everyone else than it mattered to me - so I saved the money.

Ebay. I posted about mine about a month ago. They sell wood numbers cheap. I thought Etsy was way too expensive.

I got wooden ones on Amazon for $20. I used mod podge and glitter so my total cost was less than $30 and that was for 20 of them. You could paint them with gold spray paint

I made mine with frames and fabric for less than $2 each. I second finding wood ones and metallic spray paint. Whole thing would take a couple hours.

Here's ours...they came plain and we put the numbers on them. They have little circular bases so they stand on their own

I purchased plain wooden ones from Amazon (it was $20 for a set of 20) and painted/applied glitter to them myself
