Table number choices. Help me decide!

Future Mrs. T, on May 22, 2020 at 7:25 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 12
Hey everyone. I’m thinking about table numbers and I really don’t want to spend money on something we’re only going to use for a few hours (even if I could sell the table numbers after It’s not a guarantee)

I was thinking about different table numbers that have dual purposes and found two that I like. Option 1 would be a bottle of wine with the table number in large print as a large sticker covering the label. My thinking is that whoever is at that table, one person can take the centerpiece home and another can take the bottle of wine home. Option 2 is making small booklets and including a pen. On the front it would read “Leave a note for Michelle and Luis to read on their 1 year anniversary” with the number being written in large print. This way we have another memento from our day that could also double as a guest book.
What do you think? Do you have any ideas on dual purpose table numbers? TIA

I love the ideas! i had considered the second one for myself. the book idea is very sentimental and gives your guests something to do

Oh I love both ideas, I think the second one is the best one to do though

I love option 1. Also the advice/memento cards are a great idea but I wouldn't assume they were table numbers as a guest. What other stuff will be in the booklets?

They would like the picture I included. They would be empty for guest to write a note inside. I would make the numbers/booklets be large enough to see from afarTable number choices. Help me decide! 1

I love the book idea! I had acrylic names of US Submarines made (he's a submariner and I wanted to include him in the wedding somehow, lol) that after the wedding I'm putting up in a huge shadow box as home decor!

With 9-14 people, how many table numbers will you have? 2-3, you do not need any. If you want to do messages for your first anniversary, omit doing a signature book as you enter.

Those are both great ideas! I'd just check with your venue first to make sure bringing in bottles of wine is okay. And I don't think you have to get rid of the guest book if you do the anniversary books - people aren't going to be upset about writing their name twice.

Our venue just put cards on the table with numbers on them haha. You could totally just do something simple like that. Even DIY to save money. Fold them up like tents so you won’t need a stand.

Oh, you could also put the numbers in frames, and then reuse the frames.
