We`re doing a Head table though the day is about "US: we dont like to be 100% on the spot, plus most of the people in our party are paired with their spouse/sig. other

Sweetheart table!! Not only would this give me and my fiancé private moments together, we can sit and eat and enjoy our first meal as husband and wife, plus this table is off limits so any food or drink will be off limits for servers to remove so we won’t go hungry - I’ve heard of this happening!

We’re doing a sweetheart table. I’ve never like the idea of separating bridal party members away from their families, +one or SO.

Well have a head table most likely for my husband’s sake, but I would much rather have the sweetheart table for photography purposes.

I feel like I’ve answered this question before but I can’t remember for sure haha. We are doing a sweetheart table. My FH is a comedian and I think it would be wonderful if I could secretly hear his commentary throughout the night. I also want the bridal party to sit with their families.

FH wants to do a kings table, because he thinks a sweetheart table is too isolating, which I sort of agree with. But with 6 bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen and all their s/o, it might be TOO much. At that point, we wouldn’t even be able to have a conversation with our friends down at the end of the table anyway. So we’re still deciding

Depends on what you do. We are doing a head table and ever guests that are with the wedding party are sitting at the head table.

I don't like the sweetheart table idea. We already live together and are going on a month long honeymoon. I'll have plenty of time for "private" moments. What I don't do is see my family and friends all the time. I haven't seen my best friend in almost 2 years. Head table all the way.

We are doing a head table. FH was 100% set on a head table from the beginning of our engagement. What worked out even better is that our wedding party is also 100% ok with it even though it means they will be sitting apart from their plus ones.

Several members in our wedding party have children or are married and we're doing away with a head and sweetheart table. Table numbers and seating are being nixed so that our guests have the freedom to mingle and sit with whoever they like. It's less planning stress for us!

I like the idea of a head table but it just depends. Most of our wedding party doesn't have an SO or kids so it wouldn't be so terrible to have them up there with us.

I HATE head tables. In all the weddings I’ve been to and seen (as a planner) with head tables are beyond awkward and no fun. As a guest, I was sat at a table where I didn’t know anyone because my now fiancé was a groomsmen. Worst experience ever. I’m defiantly doing a sweethearts table or a family table.

We are having a sweetheart table to spend sometime alone, but to also keep the spotlight on us.

Sweetheart table for us! It’ll be the only time during the day that my FH and I will be (for the most part) uninterrupted. A little time just to ourselves to take everything in.
