Surprise dance with Bride and Groom

My groom and I are really wanting to do a surprise dance maybe at the end of the wedding. We are wanting to do a shuffle dance with light up shoes and such so I will need to do an outfit change however, I have no idea how to execute this. I used to dance and if worst comes to worst, I can choreograph our dance. I am having trouble picking the song, outfit, and timing of the dance. Any suggestions? I know surprise dances can be Overkill or lame but we think no one would even expect it and we are both pretty good dancers. Plus with the light up shoes and face paced I think it will be forever remembered by our friends and family.... especially since there is a 27 year age Gap between my grrom and I. 😉 I am completely open to honest opinions.
