Sunburn 2 weeks before wedding?

I think it should be okay. I got scorched like that last year and slathered myself with Aloe for a week, and I think after that, was much better. I was peeling for days though and hurt so bad:-(

UPDATE: So I am 3 days away from the big day! The majority of the burn turned into a tan. I'm still a bit red on my chest area, but it looks more just like I'm a little flushed. I have been using Jergens's Natural Glow moisturizer on the tan lines and they are barely noticeable. So far so good! I have really lucked out here.

I burn very easy and the last couple times have applied Apple Cider Vinegar with a damp rag and then rubbed coconut oil in all over every night and sometimes I'll add coconut oil during the day. I didn't peel with this..

I think it depends on you. I got sunburned on my neck last week and it has healed. But my sunburns heal quickly. Take care of it to try an minimize peeling. There's not much you can do about the lines though...
