Has anyone gotten their suits/tuxes from Men’s Warehouse? I went on their site and created the profile designed the guys suits, added their email addresses and the system was to send them all an email and none of the guys including my fiancé and dad received the email. All of our local stores are still closed so I can’t call anyone. Men’s Warehouse is ideal as my parents are of out of state and every area has a Men’s Warehouse.
Has anyone else tried using their website during this time?

We have the opposite problem, we keep getting emails even though we've completed all out fittings and payments, just had to postpone the date. We are also in September and I heard here that many stores will start opening up later this month. I would recommend either waiting and going in person (it's the easiest way to ensure everything) or try their online chat feature which I've used during this pandemic and has been helpful.

I would try the chat or text feature they have! This should help you out! I think stores are going to start opening soon (depending on your location). There is still some time before they have to get their measurements in

It sounds like some people have been able to connect with them on online chat and that some stores are reopening locally!
