I was able to in the past few months via email. I just sent their customer service another email yesterday afternoon, we are in Wisconsin and they announced yesterday that non-essential retail businesses can reopen with certain rules and requirements. So I was wondering if MW would re-open as local bridal/tux shops are reopening. Still waiting for a response, but in the past it has normally taken 2-3 days to get one.

Try using the text message option! I tend to get good service with that.
