Suggestions needed for a very small wedding ceremony and reception in Miami in the fall of 2023

My fiancé and I are
trying to find an elegant private indoor venue for a very small wedding ceremony and reception for approximately 20 people. A beautiful private room in an upscale restaurant will also be considered. We want the cocktail hour with passed hordorves, plated dinner, open premium bar, florals, Music, etc. Hoping to find a date in October or November of this year.
We are new to South Florida via NYC. We would appreciate some guidance. Thank you.
