Submersible led tea light centerpieces

Crystal, on June 12, 2019 at 4:49 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 3
I am using submersible led tea lights in my centerpieces and was wondering if anyone knows how long the batteries actually last. Everything I look up online kind of gives a different answer so trying to see if someone has used them. My lights are remote controlled but I read that once you take the little paper off the batteries in the lights to activate them, that even in the off position the batteries will drain. I am trying to get an idea of how many days in advance I can make up all of my centerpieces.

I’m not sure but maybe you can do a trial run with one or two and time how long they last?

Is it possible to take the batteries out until the day of your wedding, then pop them back in day of? I'm also planning on doing submersible tea lights, but I haven't tried this out yet. My BFF wants to do all of the centerpieces, and I'm visiting her next month so we can try things out. good luck!

    Hi Crystal!

Welcome to the WeddingWire community Smiley smile

I would second Courtney's ideas and suggest you trail one or two to see how long they last!

This would be the best way to gauge how far in advance you can create the centerpieces!

What else will be in your centerpieces along with the candles?
