Stomach fat!

(going with a topic from my other post kinda....) How did you ladies get rid of/ or are getting rid of stomach fat?? You know, that darn pudge or roll that wont go away (especially after having kids!) it's so annoying.... haha and I also feel like since I had 2 c-sections it's been hard to work out...

it's so annoying.... haha

and I also feel like since I had 2 c-sections it's been hard to work out that area of my stomach.... anyone feel that way too or know if im right, or kinda right or just making an excuse??? lol

    @Jenn, I wish weather could be my excuse, but these Miami winters are like no other...75 degree weather and our coldest was 55 LOL Sorry! But, I'm glad to report that I made it to the gym yesterday and did my Regular spinning class for an hour and went home a happy camper Smiley winking

    Reduce your carbs to around 50 or less & for quicker results no grains which include: wheat, white/brown rice & soy. This along with those planks, push-ups & squats will definately get you on your way. Hope this helps it's definately helping me tho' I had more than a lil' pudge at 1st, lol!

    I did P90X and it works wonders to tone you up and get rid of the imfamous pudge!

    Im starting my diet/work out routine tomorrow! i'm going to be doin jilliam michael's work outs along with some other random routines i found on pinterest.... im cutting out bread for atleast 4 days a week, only going to eat white rice 1x a week, pasta 1 x a week.... and snack on veggies and fuits instead of junk food lol

    o and only drink water, green tea and lemon water
