Still can’t delete vendor categories?

Every time I sign in I’m greeted by “8/21 vendors.” We’re not hiring most of these categories - I want to delete things like “transportation,” “favors,” “musician,” etc, so I can accurately see how many vendors I have left to hire.
I see other people have mentioned this issues for years on the forum and WW said it was great feedback, but years later nothing has changed. Hoping it will be added soon.
