So my dads girlfriend has been in my life for the last 10 years and has been there for all my ups and downs. I barely have a relationship with my mom although she will be at my wedding. My step mom is about 15 years older than me and has been my top person for help and wedding planning since I was engaged 3 months ago. So really my question is will it be weird or inappropriate to ask her to be my maid of honor?

Is it your dads girlfriend or wife? I’d maybe confirm with your dad he doesn’t care but I don’t see why not.
