I've seen a lot of links for determining the square footage required for dance floors, but does anyone have an idea of how much square footage is required per person for event flooring? Like if my reception is happening on grass and I want flooring for the whole space i.e. tables & dance floor? Thanks!!

Hey there! Have you measured the entire space where the wedding will be? This would be the best way to figure it out! Are you renting a tent for your wedding? If so, the vendor may be able to advise also

Your vendor should be able to provide you with the square footage for each space or the whole space. They might also have a preferred vendor or be able to give you recommendations. I would definitely check with them and hopefully be able to eliminate the guessing game. Good luck.
