Spring Wedding... tux color??

Erika, on January 31, 2018 at 10:36 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 10
Hi! I'm getting married next spring, and my colors are rose gold, blush, light green and champagne. My dress will be a champagne/blush color. I'm not sure what color tuxes to do!! I think black is too dark for spring and doesn't go with pastels or rose gold. Definitely not white. Grey wouldn't match my rose gold or pastels. Ahhh, help!

Grey is a neutral and goes with everything.

I would choose a classic charcoal or midnight blue.

My vote would be a nice warm blue tux (so not super dark). You could also do tan colored if you like that!

My fh is wearing a dark gray suit. Our colors are mint and iris. He rented a mint vest to go with it. But in person you can tell it’s not black and it’s not dark blue. It’s a really nice color!

I'm getting married in late May, and we are going with black for tuxes. Black is timeless and goes with just about any color. My BMs are in steel blue, so neither grey nor navy would have looked good against the dresses.

What color will your bridesmaids be in? That may affect what color the tuxes should be.

I got married in June and we decided on a black tux because we wanted a classic look. My dress was ivory. I didn't think about what season we were in but more what the FH would look good in.

We are getting married in May and my wedding colors are navy blue and sunflower yellow. My fiance is wearing a charcoal grey tux. He opted go skip to coat and just do a bowtie and vest instead. I think it looks great together.

I think that a light grey or tan suit matches pastels perfectly!

I am also getting married next spring (6-8-19) and these are very similar to my colors (wine, blush, rose gold, ivory, and grey w/ a lot of greenery)

FH will be in a light grey tux, gm will be in dark grey tuxes and the fathers will be in I think brown tuxes.

the tie colors are undecided but we are leaning towards wine.

bridesmaids are officially purchasing their dresses in December and as of right now they are leaning towards 3 different shades (1 in blush, 1 in wine, and 1 in a dusty rose that falls between the other 2)

if they go with 3 different shades, we may match the ties to their perspective walking down the isle partner
