Special gift for moh and Best Man

Andrea, on July 19, 2020 at 4:44 PM Posted in Planning 0 6
Our best friends, who are married to each other are our MOH and Best Man. They have been extremely supportive and helpful through the entire wedding planning during this pandemic and have been happy to go along with the many changes of plans. They are even offering up their backyard for a small stag and then a small bridal shower for the same weekend, and they are expecting their 2nd child in Oct. We are very appreciative for all they are doing for us and we want to give them a special gift as a thank you. We've got them some gifts already similar to the the rest of the wedding party, but wanted to get something else as well. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!!

I would maybe offer to host a "sprinkle" style shower for their second child. Nothing fancy, just family and a handful of their closet friends.

Also offering to babysit or help manage the house during the first weeks would be greatly appreciated. When my best friend had her second she really struggled to go from 1 to 2 kids. Friends and family stepped up to help with chores and meals for the first couple of months until they found their groove.

Maybe a gift certificate to their favorite restaurant & bottle of wine/champagne for after the baby? Or offer to baby sit for a at home date night?

Maybe a gift card for a nice dinner or a basket with supplies for an at home date night. Doordash gift card, chocolates, candles, a movie, etc.

This is so cute! I would give them a little something extra the day of the wedding such as a date night bundle and an offer to babysit once the baby comes! Like a romantic night away at a nearby hotel or something so that they can fully relax and have some needed time together.
