Southern Blooms co. legit?

So I had decided to go with Sola Flowers & was originally going with Eco Flower. But they were horrible with customer service. I made one order and it was a horrible six month process... 3 months in I hadn't heard anything from them so i asked for my money back and to cancel my order and then another 3 months to receive even that. So after that I heard a lot of great things about Southern Blooms and so the first week of January I ordered through them and still have not heard anything. I didn't actually order anything from their website but a customized order was made and I paid for it. I know it takes time and my wedding is not until September but I have emailed them twice already and no response. Has anyone worked with them and what did you think? Should I not be worried?

    I’m using sola flowers also. I placed my order with Soaring Sapphire on Etsy. She’s been amazing! We’ve emailed so much and I sent a lot of pictures. We discussed every aspect of the bouquet and colors. She answers very quickly.

    I’m using sola flowers as well and I used Mydisnosaur dreams on Etsy. She was amazing, quick to respond and always sending me updates about where she was in her process.

    I got my bouquets from southern bloom co. and I love them. They were so friendly and easy to work with. I always communicated with them through facebook messenger and never had a problem.

    I hear ya. We are in the same boat. I ordered from Southern Bloom Co. and have yet to hear anything back from them. Some idea on where we are at here would be good. Our wedding isn't until August but I would like some time between delivery and our wedding so I can coordinate the other flowers with them.

    Yes I'm in the same boat with y'al! I communicated with them thru messenger and they were very prompt. Since the invoie was emailed and I paid I have not had any more communication from them. I sent a message on messenger and said that it was paid and the mesage is still marked unread, unlike how quick they responded on my questions before I paid. I also sent an email confining payment and no reply either. I have high hopes for this company so I hope it all works out but a small email or message saying hold tight would be nice too! Lol

    The last person who told me to contact them through messenger was a good idea. I did & I have been able to communicate through that & once in a while they have been emailing me. I still have not Recieved my order but they have been sending me updates on the process. We just decided on colors.. It's a long process & they are taking so long. I'm hoping it all turns out ok.. idk I'm still a bit nervous

    I'm using her too!! She's amazing; she's customizing a bouquet based off one of her standard ones. I sent her swatches of my bridesmaids dresses so they'll match perfectly.

    I ordered in March and was told it would be 9-12 weeks and when I asked about my order earlier this week I got told they work on them in the order they got the orders, when I asked if I should expect around the 12 week mark they told me we cant promise that and that's why they give a range. The order is paid for and I need my flowers. I am not happy with their customer service at all. Not to mention they are not cheap

    Ya they told me last week that my order was ready to ship out & I needed to approve it. The pictures looked awesome & i said that said they could ship them. I emailed back & asked when i can expect the order & they never responded. So I'm going to Facebook message them which has seemed to be the fastest way to get a response.

    I wonder why they are taking so long. Maybe they have more orders than their staff can handle or they are custom dying a lot of orders. Still the turnaround time seems excessive for wood flowers. I mean you should have your order in 3 to 6 weeks max depending on quantity and customization.

    They posted on Facebook that the company has been mostly just one person so I guess that's why it takes so long. She said that she was in the process of moving & hiring more help

    I ordered my flowers on March 26th and was told i would definitely get them by June 29th if i ordered them that day. They stated it was a 9-12 week turn around. I did not hear anything from them however my payment was taken immediately. I was getting nervous that i never heard anything so i decided to message them on FB on May 19th. The next day i got a response saying your order will be shipping by the middle of June, and they assured me i will be receiving them by June 29th! Im praying i do, starting to get very nervous though. I have noticed though they were much friendlier before purchasing the flowers.... to get me to buy them. Now im sure im just another annoying customer to them but hey this is my wedding day i think we all have a right to be nervous!

    I'm 17 weeks in from my order and now they don't answer via email OR MESSANGER. I am so so so upset and worried they they won't deliver on my flowers considering in March they said 2 weeks, then they said May 24th and now they just won't answer...

    Oh noooo thats awful!!!! Oh god i prayy my flowers come in on time! My wedding is june 29th!!! And i wouldn't have purchased them if there was any doubt that i wouldn't get them on time! Ugh im kinda freaking outtt!! And i havnt been a bridzilla yett. Lets hope it doesn't need to go there!

    My wedding is in January so thank goodness I have time. my issue is originally in March I was told they would be sent in 2 weeks. then I was told in April they were drying. then I was told may 24th, I posted on their wall about no one contacting me back- got an immediate response and now it's supposed to be Monday. I did email her back and stress my concerns bc realistically if I need to order them elsewhere now is the time to do it before I'm in panic mode. I'm praying for you girl I hope they come in on time for you.
