  I would recommend talking to someone at the court house in the town you plan on getting married at. Normally the person officianting has to ordained in that state.

  Hey Morgan! As Veronica mentioned, I would definitely recommend you reach out to the local courthouse in South Carolina. I wouldn’t trust any information online unless it is on an official government website!
