Songs to Walk Out to

Heather, on November 8, 2012 at 8:54 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some suggestions for songs for my bridal party and me to walk down the aisle to. When my fiance and I first met, "our song" was Bubbly by Colby Caillat. I know it was completely overplayed but this was five years ago. I thought it would be nice to walk out to the song without the lyrics. I think I would surprise him with this too. Thoughts?

My MOH and the flower girls walked out to Canon D but I wanted something really unique that captured what I felt. So I had the DJ play Martine McCutcheon's "Special Moment" (with the lyrics)

We haven't been able to pick music for the bridal party yet, but M picked "When I fall in love" by Nat King Cole for me to walk down to.

I think the instrumental version of Bubbly is pretty and if that would make you the happiest you should walk to it Smiley smile

I think your idea of doing the acoustic versions of "your song" is perfect. I think a song with special meaning is so sweet. I walked in to the acoustic version of "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri. I love the words so the meaning was perfect.
