Something You Wish You Knew..

I wish I had known that we were going to have a 20% no show rate (out of people that "accepted") because I would have invited more people.

I wish that we had thought our rain plan through more in advance. Our original rain plan wouldn't have worked logistically and we didn't realize until the week of the wedding when we were scrambling to rent a tent. It turned out great in the end, but we could have budgeted better instead of throwing $500 at a tent last minute.

The little details DO matter, and people DO notice.

You will feel a little regret about cutting people that you were undecided on and decided to cut anyway.

You get what you pay for. (And - to that extent - YOU ARE PAYING - so SPEAK UP if you want something changed or have a question to ask.)

You will make it through.

I'm 7 1/2 months out this is all great advice, I am watching this post!
