So, I just received a wedding invitation.

I really just have to laugh. I received the invitation yesterday, May 30th. I open it and see that not only does the rsvp card not have a stamp on it, it says to respond by June 1st. They didn't forget to include two cards that told you where they were registered either. I live in CA and the wedding...

I really just have to laugh. I received the invitation yesterday, May 30th. I open it and see that not only does the rsvp card not have a stamp on it, it says to respond by June 1st. They didn't forget to include two cards that told you where they were registered either. I live in CA and the wedding is in NY in July. I've heard stories about things like this, but this is my first experience. LOL

    I don't think the stamp thing is a big issue...I only put stamps on some of my RSVPs (such as my grandparents), but my RSVP cards specifically state that we'd preferred that guests to RSVP online via our website. But, I didn't include registry info either.

    I accidentally forgot to stamp the RSVP envelope on my coworker's RSVP, that made me wonder how many I might have missed when I was assembling all my invitations. I also forgot the stamp on my sister's invitation, it arrived with a notice that she owed the 49 cents. So embarrassing, at least it happened to family. And I did not send out Save the dates to everyone.
