So frustrated! we're at 9.5 weeks after wedding and still haven't seen a single wedding photo :( UPDATE

I emailed her a couple days ago, and still haven't heard back from her. In her contract it says that the final delivery will take approx 8 weeks.....but all I want is a few photos, I don't even need all of them! Its been so hard waiting and the fact that she hasn't responded to my email just makes...

Its been so hard waiting and the fact that she hasn't responded to my email just makes me even more frustrated. Especially since we paid over $3K for the photos....and some people I know received a sneak peek of 5-10 photos a few days after their wedding

    I would definitely not give her a good review. Ignoring a client is rude and unprofessional. Try getting on touch with her again, but if that doesn't work, have a lawyer call. That will scare the pictures outta her.

    This is making me really upset that you are dealing with such an unprofessional vendor. I am so sorry. I also would have a lawyer get in touch with her. Then once I had all my photographs in hand (or digital copies) and was done dealing with her I would post scathing reviews of her everywhere. I would possibly be more forgiving if she explained that she is super busy/ life got in the way/ was truly apologetic or whatever. What is completely unacceptable is the fact that she chose to ignore your e-mail.

    My photographer had it in his contract that he would be sending a best of gallery and sneak peaks within a week of the event and then the rest of the photos would be available a month afterward. This time table got pushed back a little because he had a family vacation but he fully disclosed this to us. Communication is key and if you are promised one thing and your product is not being delivered then I would begin calling and emailing. No excuses.
