S'mores Set on dessert table

The only way I would have them as part of your dessert, is if you could find a way for guests to actually make s’mores during the reception. I’ve seen it done with bonfires outside and the couple will have a little s’mores bar set up by the fire so everyone can create their own. I have never seen it done in real life, but on Pinterest I have seen the small smokeless indoor fires used (but they are quite expensive, and I am sure most venues are going to prohibit indoor flames of this nature). I would definitely advise against putting pre-made s’more’s on your dessert table. Cold s’more’s are gross, and the graham crackers get soft and chewy.
