Yeahhhh...I am representing the small diamond halo crew. I don't have my ring yet but my ring is going to be a .4 ct center diamond with a blinged out halo...Give me some inspiration. Let's see your half carat or lower center diamond halo ring...

Witteever...lmfaoooooo you are too much....I love your solitaire on your small fingers....Beautiful...Love it love it love it ladies...Gorgeous gorgeous rings Jessica....I just want to kiss your dog right on the nose. He is adorable with that beautiful halo. He wears that halo well..... Awwwwwwwwww
Here's mine. It's small but holds a lot of sentimental value because the diamond is from my great, great grandmothers engagement ring :-) FH's mother makes comments all the time about how he should have bought me a bigger ring. It drives me crazy.
Sorry that came out so blurry! Maybe this pic will be better? ETA: maybe not...

Ladies all your rings are beautiful. This is my second marriage and I've learned a few things over the years. 1) it's your ring that shows your fiancé has asked you to be his forever, the size doesn't matter as long as you love it and him. 2) you can always upgrade your stone size in the future, perfect way to celebrate an anniversary. 3) don't let ANY ONE try to make you feel bad for your ring. ROCK YOUR BEAUTIFUL RINGS PROUDLY.
The ct thing always confused me so I'm assuming mines a small diamond but I can't remember what the receipt said. I was never picky about the size of a diamond. I also originally never wanted a halo so it's interesting that FH proposed with one but I love it of course because it's the one he gave me!
Gorgeous rings ladies....I love them all...I think a ring not only shows that you are lovingly attached to someone that will be linked with you for the rest of your life but also spiritually represent a bond that should never be broken....So, with that in mind, ALL rings are beautiful. Especially the ones shared here....I love them all....Just can't wait for my Halo *Grin*
So, after looking at all these rings, I think mine might be considered a halo too. It definitely doesn't meet the size criteria, but I love it so much I have to share. My ring when I was married before was a marquise cut and it was horrible at catching on things and ripping my gloves at work, so this time I wanted something low profile and emerald cut.
H picked it out and went a little overboard, because he "wanted to make sure the dogs I work with know I am happily taken and very appreciated", and I absolutely love it.

Is it weird that I have no idea how many carats my ring is? haha I just never really cared to ask FH and I have not brought it to a jeweler for anything yet and he pays the insurance bill. And oh yeah, I guess I really don't care because I LOVE my solitaire. FH knew I wanted pear shape and he said he was going to do a halo but preferred the look of the larger solitaire vs. the smaller center diamond with a halo. I am sure I would have loved either but I'm secretly thrilled he went with the solitaire.
Mine isn't a halo ... not sure if it's considered a solitaire either? I love it either way! Hand engraved patterns and hand rolled filigrees. The center stone is 1ct I believe and there's blue diamonds on the side. My wedding band is similar with the filigrees and engravings, but has regular diamonds in it.
