Here's mine. The whole total weight is 3/4 carats. It's beautiful and when worn, you can't tell the center stone is petite. It also has a double halo that truly enhances the stone

@Kathryn, I think they call it an illusion setting, mine is a vintage ring with that concept as well. .15tcw, center stone is .13 if I'm remembering correctly.

Definitely nothing wrong with a half carat or smaller. I worked in an engagement ring store for a while and saw a lot of styles. Done right the halo can almost double the appearance of your center stone. Beautiful rings, ladies! Felt like trolling- Mine's a 1.25 Center solitaire with another .25 in pave on the band. I never was a huge fan of halos & liked the way this specific ring looked on my hand when we went shopping together.

Mine is just shy of .75 carat center diamond but it IS a halo. And I just got it a week ago so I want to show it off! I think it's unique and perfect for me! Yellow gold! Oval!
