Small boobs in a strapless dress

Eive, on September 27, 2019 at 8:15 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 8
My dress is strapless with a sweetheart neckline and a corset back. I absolutely love the strapless look but I dont know if my girls can handle the responsibility of holding up my wedding dress. I have very tiny breasts we are talking like 32 A Smiley sad any tips?

Would the corset back not be tight enough to keep the dress on you? That seems like an easy fix to me, but then again I'm on the other side of the boob spectrum with a 36F so I don't have that first hand experience lol. I would think that would be enough, but I could be totally wrong! Just a thought Smiley smile

Tape girl! or some adhesive of some kind? you could also see if you could get straps added, i know you said you want strapless but if nothing else works then it’s a better alternative instead of having the risk of a wardrobe malfunction ya know? and that way you wouldn’t have to pick a new dress or spend a ton of money either!

Your boobs should not be what's holding up a strapless wedding dress - it should have enough structure (and possibly boning) in the bodice to hold it up. If it was just your boobs holding it up, strapless wedding (and many formal) dresses would fall down on basically everyone, because the dress itself is SO heavy. Even with appropriate fitting and boning, you may feel like it slips, however, you're also (probably) going to be wearing a bustier or other undergarment that will cover you if/when your dress slips a bit - it still won't slip much though, if it's properly fitted.

I’ve seen lots of smaller chested ladies with strapless dresses and they are super flattering on them. Your boobs shouldn’t have to hold up the dress if it’s fitted correctly. Your alterations person will take care of it. Don’t worry.

Your chest isn’t what holds your dress up, and if it is, it doesn’t fit you properly. Strapless dresses should be help up in the ribs and waist.

I have a strapless dress (and small boobs, lol) and the corset is what holds it up! I have no problems with it now that it has been altered!

I would also think the corset holds it up. Have you also thought about maybe adding straps?

I had a strapless dress, and added cups in. In retrospect, I wish I would have added super thin spaghetti straps for extra support that I could have not had on for the ceremony & pictures, then added for the reception!
