If anyone has some great face wash or moisturizer suggestions I would love some or even just some skincare brands they love! I'm trying to get my skin to really look my best by my wedding day and I would like to start a new skin care regimen. I normally use clean and clear face wash and I don't think its doing anything for me. I also need a good moisturizer. I wouldn't mind spending some more money for some really good products! suggestions please Smiley smile Thanks so much!

I would recommend going to a well-rated facial place in your area and get an assessment of your skin and its needs. Everyone is different! That being said, my favorite products are pure rosehip oil (amazing, google it!) and IMAGE line products...I've only been able to find IMAGE products at spas though!

Check out the brand The Ordinary!

    www.theordinary.com

They're cheap cheap cheapppppppppp but absolutely amazing. If you want a no frills moisturizer, they have a product called "natural moisturizing factors" that works wonderfully. If you need anything to exfoliate too, they have some gorgeous affordable options like their alpha lipoic acid which will make your skin glow and soak in moisture much more effectively.

I sell beautycounter. It's a safer alternative to skincare! And very high performing. I like to think of it as world market meets Chanel, lol.

I struggle with smooth, clear skin and last winter I discovered Burt's bee Brightening daily facial cleanser, orange essence facial cleanser, and soap bark and chamomile deep cleansing cream. It's expensive but I use it sparingly and a few of my friends and family members have converted as well after seeing my face!

I'm not sure what your skin type is like but another thing that has really helped me is that I use coconut oil to wash off my makeup and once a week I use either a store bought face mask or make my own at home.

I'm a bit obsessed about skincare, I even bought a satin pillowcase-I swear it gives me the best dreams at night haha!

While everyone has offered great options, you need to find a skincare regimen that works for your skin type.

I wouldn't suggest my routine to someone who is more dry.

Start with your skin type and go from there Smiley smile

Cetaphil as a face wash. I use an Aveda toner. Korres greek yogurt face moisturizer during the day and Drunk Elephant moisturizer from Sephora at night. I also use either sheet masques from Sephora (pomegranate is my fave) or botanical face masque from Aveda. I've tried many things and these are my favorite products! I suggest getting a facial and seeing what your esthitician suggests. Also, use sun screen daily!

I have severely sensitive, dry skin... but all the products I've been using are working wonderfully!

Face Wash - Cerave' Hydrating Cleanser

Moisturizer - Clinique Dramatically Different Lotion, & Clinique Smart SPF 15 moisturizer (I layer both)

Night Cream - Clinique Smart Night

I've had a lot of success with all the Clinique skin care products I have tried!

If you have the budget for it Rodan and Fields is what I have been using the last year. They are the originators of proactiv solution which I used as a teen and have transitioned to that product. Well worth the price along with good nutrition.

I am also in a bit of a skin pickle! I just started making adjustments to help my skin as I suffer from acne and have done for the past 10 years.

I recently just started using La Roche Posay cleanser, followed by Sisley toner and Kiehls moisturizer. Twice a week I exfoliate with Fresh Sugar Face Polish.

Changing your diet can also have a huge impact on skin, up your intake of vitamin C and LOTS of water!!

On the day of your wedding, use a covered pack of ice and place it over your face for a few minutes to reduce any puffiness.

Good luck, I know skin can be the biggest pain!

Two things I suggest! #1 a healthy eating lifestyle! #2 Arbonne's skincare. I'm a bit biased because I have been around Arbonne since I was 12, and now I am a consultant. They have the best anti-aging line that has helped with my skin's moisture and acne. I started using it when I was 22, and now I'm 25. It's seriously fantastic. (vegan, gluten free, GMO-free, the list goes on!)

    Hi Everyone ,

I was facing this problem about a year ago and it was so depressing and stressing when confronting people or even sitting our chilling out with friends and family. I lost my confidence to get out in the public. But then a close friend of mine suggested me about its remedies that I could search on the internet. I read so many articles for the same and everywhere was a new product to use as they were all paid promotions. I also fell for the same things as "get rid of acnes in 3 months" articles but nothing couldn't work out for me.

Around 4 months passed and i was still helpless then I consulted a dermatologist, and she first suggested me to go through all the precautions for acnes and zits as it is hidden in our daily chores like

    1. Washing facing 2 times a day.

    2. Not touching face with hands.

    3. Not to pop up the pimple that is already on the face.

    4. Having a clean diet with fruits and veggies and avoiding oily food.

But this was the precautions for my problems. But for the zits and pimples that were already there on my skin my dermatologist suggested me to go through a day routine that I am sharing below to help the people facing the same problem that I faced and to save time on briefing on the internet and using market products that are completely useless.

    1. After washing face in the morning use Rose Coccoa Moisturiser by Nicci

    2. And after passing the whole day, in the evening wash your face again and apply gently and very thoroughly acne control solution Gel to get rid of the acnes and over it apply vitamin C serum to make the acne gel even more effective and clear the skin tone

My skin is on the drier side. After a facial, I was recommended Dr. Babor, and I love it! My skin feels balanced, and I actually have less blackheads. If you want to do a deep clean, try the Amazon healing clay mask, and definitely use apple cider vinegar with it. It's the only mask that purges absolutely everything.
