Size Inclusive Suits?

My fiancé is 6'3" with a 29 inch waist. He hates suits that aren't ultra slim fit because most others just don't fit his body great, even when they're tailored. His groomsmen have differing body types. A couple need big & tall, another is also tall and skinny but not as much as my fiancé is. Does anyone have suggestions of places to buy AND rent suits that offer multiple options of the same suit? FH would like to buy his if possible so he can have a nice navy suit. They also need to be navy, nothing else. The Black Tux has the largest size range, but they don't offer different silhouettes.
